Skill Sessions

What is a Skill Session?

Martine’s Skill Sessions are designed to support sustainable productivity and workplace wellbeing. Each session covers a single topic in just one hour, making them ideal for staff professional development. Delivered in person or online (webinar style), they work particularly well as part of a “Lunch and Learn” or “Breakfast and Learn” programme.

These sessions provide practical tools and actionable strategies that participants can apply immediately in their work. Whether you need a one-off session to tackle a specific challenge or a series to build long-term skills, Martine’s flexible approach ensures the sessions align with your organisation’s needs.
