Training

Sustainable Productivity, Communication and Confidence

I design and deliver training that helps professionals work in a way that’s both effective and sustainable. My core areas of expertise include sustainable productivity, workplace communication (including teaching, speaking, and facilitation), and confidence-building.

These sessions provide teams with the practical tools they need to reduce overwhelm, improve focus, and approach their work with greater clarity and calm.

Some of my training is available through the GTA University Centre, but I also work directly with organisations to develop bespoke courses that meet specific needs.

Not sure what’s right for your team? Get in touch—I’d be happy to chat it through.

  • I was genuinely impressed by Martine's facilitation of her Handling Difficult Conversations course. She was engaging and emotionally intelligent, skilfully reading the energy in the room and supporting participants accordingly. The content was clearly well-researched and thoughtfully adapted to suit a very varied audience, which made it all the more impactful. I particularly appreciated how Martine treated me as a peer, creating a space where curiosity was welcomed and encouraged. I would thoroughly recommend her as a trainer and look forward to sending more of my colleagues on her courses.

  • Working with Martine for a LEGO® Serious Play® session was an enjoyable experience. Her ability to create an engaging, interactive environment through the use of LEGO® bricks was not only fun but incredibly insightful. Martine guided us through each activity with patience and expertise, and the session allowed our team to explore ideas and challenges in a unique and hands-on way, fostering collaboration and innovative thinking.
