Sustainable Productivity, Communication, and Confidence

I design and deliver training to help professionals work in healthy, sustainable ways, communicate clearly, and perform at their best. My core areas of expertise include sustainable productivity, workplace communication (including teaching, speaking, and facilitation), and confidence building.

Some of my in-person training is available through the GTA University Centre, but I also work directly with organisations to develop bespoke courses that meet specific needs.

Not sure what’s right for your team? Get in touch—I’d be happy to chat it through.

  • I was genuinely impressed by Martine's facilitation of her Handling Difficult Conversations course. She was engaging and emotionally intelligent, skilfully reading the energy in the room and supporting participants accordingly. The content was clearly well-researched and thoughtfully adapted to suit a very varied audience, which made it all the more impactful. I particularly appreciated how Martine treated me as a peer, creating a space where curiosity was welcomed and encouraged. I would thoroughly recommend her as a trainer and look forward to sending more of my colleagues on her courses.

  • The Society for Education and Training (SET) has worked regularly with Martine over many years, tapping into her expertise to deliver a variety of very well-received professional development webinars for our members. Topics have ranged from advice for educators new to a career in FE and skills, managing workload with her wellbeing-driven productivity method, and understanding stress and burnout from an education perspective. Martine is always well-prepared for the webinars, brings an interesting and fresh approach and can engage and connect with her audience. Feedback is always positive; delegates relate to Martine and enjoy her presentation and facilitation style.
