What’s in my tech toolkit?

I love hearing about the digital tools people use to run their lives. Assuming it isn’t just me, here are the tools I use for productivity, learning, content creation, and wellbeing.

🗓️ Productivity

These are the tools I use to get things done: 

💼 Business

These are the tools I use to run my business (some of these will be covered below in content creation):

  • Toggl (time tracking for client work on desktop)

  • TidyCal (appointments and bookings)

  • Wave (invoicing)

  • BreezeDoc (contract signing)

  • Starling (business bank account)

  • Hayes Creatives spreadsheets (templates for Google Sheets; I use them for personal and business finances)

  • Kit (email newsletter)

  • Granola (AI meeting notes)

🧠 Personal Knowledge Management (PKM)

My PKM toolkit encompasses everything I use to consume content (for learning purposes). Here are the tools: 

✍️ Content Creation

If you’re interested in content creation, this is my current toolkit:

  • Squarespace (website)

  • Canva (to create images, documents, resources etc.)

  • iA Writer (markdown editor)

  • Tana (content management, organisation, and idea capture)

  • Notion (resource sharing)

  • Grammarly (proofreading)

  • ChatGPT Plus (my assistant)
