Be a Radiator, Not a Drain

I heard someone say this recently (I wish I could remember who): “Be a radiator, not a drain”.

Isn’t it a great metaphor?

Radiators give off warmth and positive energy. You’ve met people like this—being around them feels uplifting and energising.

Drains, on the other hand (or “energy vampires”, as I’ve also heard them called), do the opposite. They sap your energy and leave you feeling flat.

We all have days where we might feel a bit “drain-like”—and that’s okay. But wouldn’t it be great if we could be more radiator today?

What do you think?
