Here's something interesting I read about recently: the nappuccino.
Have you heard of it?
Here’s how it works:
Drink a coffee before taking a short nap (ideally around that mid-afternoon slump).
Nap for 10–20 minutes.
Wake up; the caffeine should start working immediately, creating a double energy boost.
While the name might sound a bit silly, the idea of combining a power nap with the timing of caffeine absorption makes sense.
