Low Energy? Have You Tried a Nappuccino?

Here's something interesting I read about earlier this week: the cappuccino.

Have you heard of it?

Here’s how it works:

1. Drink a coffee before taking a short nap (ideally around that mid-afternoon slump).

2. Nap for 10–20 minutes.

3. Wake up, and the caffeine should start working right as you do, creating a double energy boost.

While the name might sound a bit silly, the idea of combining a power nap with the timing of caffeine absorption makes sense.

As someone who’s struggled with energy dips for years, I love the concept of a power nap. In reality, my naps are usually a weekend affair and stretch closer to 45 minutes (or longer).

I’m curious—have you tried this before? Did it work for you? Or do you have your own strategies for navigating that afternoon energy dip? Let me know.
