Dear Phone, We Need a Break

A simple hand-drawn doodle of a letter that reads: "Dear phone, it’s not you. It’s me. I need space. Let’s take a break. Best wishes, me."

I’ve realised something. My phone isn’t the problem…

...it’s the amount of time we spend together.

It’s not a full break-up (we need each other!), but a little distance would help.

Here’s where I’m starting:

If I’m watching TV in the evening, my phone charges in another room. No distractions. No endless scrolling. No need for two screens (!).

I’m also planning to carry my Kindle more. If it’s in my bag, I’m far more likely to read than scroll.

These are small changes—but I think they’ll make a big difference.

What’s one simple way you could create distance between you and your phone?
