Time is Finite: Every Addition Requires Subtraction

The start of a new year is the perfect time to adopt a new habit or take on an exciting project...

... as long as you remember, time is finite.

To start something new, you must use the time allocated to something else—ideally, not sleep or other non-negotiables.

Every addition requires a subtraction.

Every "yes" to something new is a "no" to something else.

Otherwise, you’re not adding growth; you’re adding overwhelm.

Be kind to yourself as you plan your "new thing" this year. Sustainable change comes from balance, not burnout.
