From To-Do to Ta-Da

Do you ever get to the end of the day feeling like you’ve achieved nothing, even though you’ve barely stopped?

I can relate.

If I've had one of those days, I like to turn my to-do list into a "ta-da" list. In other words, I look at the tasks I have completed rather than those I still have to do.

If you’re working on paper, those crossed-off tasks speak for themselves. I use Todoist, and the app makes it easy to see completed tasks.

I also log small wins throughout the week and reread them during my weekly review. This habit helps me end the week feeling positive and plan the coming week with a better sense of balance.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, try reviewing what’s already done. It might give you exactly the perspective you need.
