  • Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds.

  • Hold for 4 seconds.

  • Breathe out through your mouth for 4 seconds.

  • Hold for 4 seconds.

(Then repeat for a few cycles.)

This steady breathing pattern helps regulate stress by sending a signal to your brain that it’s safe to relax. It’s an effective way to pause and regain focus during a busy day.
